A man has been robbed in Winchester. The OPP says officers were called after an armed robbery happened outside the RBC earlier today. The male victim was approached by an unknown man who had a weapon and demanded money. The suspect struck the victim causing a minor injury and took some money from the victim. The suspect then fled the scene. No description of the suspect is available at this time. Due to the fact that Winchester Public School is nearby, the school was placed on lockdown. That lockdown has since been lifted. Police say they’ll provide more information when it becomes available.
