Multiple events being organized to bring awareness to Woman Abuse Prevention Month

Leeds and Grenville Interval House is organizing multiple events to bring awareness during Woman Abuse Prevention Month. That month begins today. There will be a flag raising at the Brockville City Police Station today at 11:30am. A second flag raising ceremony will also take place November 14th behind City Hall. Interval House is also selling purple scarves as part of the “Wrapped in Courage” Campaign to shed light on the issue of abuse.
