The OPP is taking the time to remind parents and children to be safe tonight. Constable Cathy Lindsey says that you should keep in mind some of the rules around streets.
Lindsey also has a few tips when it comes to costumes.
The OPP will be keeping an eye on trick-or-treaters this evening as they patrol higher traffic areas.
