Renaming of Armoury to The Pte. Blake Williamson Memorial Hall to take place November 11th

The Armoury building will be renamed “The Pte. Blake Williamson Memorial Hall” on November 11th. The public dedication ceremony happens at 9:00am. Councillor Donovan Arnaud has spearheaded the renaming over the last five years. Arnaud says he’s happy to this come to fruition.

Arnaud says a very special guest will be at the renaming ceremony.

Williamson was killed in action in Afghanistan on October 14th of 2006.
