A former teacher in the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board and current resident in Morrisburg is facing an additional sexual related charge. The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse section has laid a charge of gross indecency against 72-year-old Morrisburg resident Robert Clarke after an additional victim came forward. The allegations relate to incidents between 1973 and 1992 when Clarke was a teacher at the board. Clarke is already facing sexual assault and gross indecency charges that were filed in June and September. Investigators say there could be more victims and ask that anyone who would like to come forward, can contact the unit at 613-236-1222 extension 5944.
