The municipality is hoping more residents will take the Rural Summit Survey before the extended deadline on Friday. The deadline was extended by a week to give residents a chance to voice their opinions and give input into the topics and areas of interest that will be discussed at the Rural Summit on Saturday, November 26th. The idea behind the summit is to discuss ideas on how to preserve the rural way of life in North Grenville, how to enhance communications on municipal decision-making and learn about some of the issues faced by residents. CAO Brian Carre says it’s also an opportunity for both rural and urban residents to learn more about our community.
You can find the survey by clicking on here. You can also get a hard copy at the Municipal Centre.
