Canada Day Committee needs more people to show up to tonight’s meeting

The Canada Day Committee needs more volunteers. That’s what committee chair Frank Onasanya said at Municipal Council on Monday.

Onasanya is inviting residents out to the meeting tonight at the municipal centre starting at 7:30pm. Due to the fact that next year is Canada’s 150th, organizers want to make the celebration even bigger, but that requires more volunteers and planners. The meeting will be held in Meeting Room one, on the 2nd floor, accessed by elevator.
