Ben TeKamp Memorial Award nominations being accepted

A new Leeds Grenville business could get a boost by winning the second annual Ben TeKamp Memorial Award. Nominations are currently being accepted for the award. Up to $5,000 is doled out to the winner to help with the development of their new business. Businesses that are re-inventing themselves are also invited to apply. Employment and Education Centre Executive Director Susan Watts says the award also honours former Brockville mayor Ben TeKamp.

Applications are being accepted until October 28th. The award presentation will take place at the Brockville Country Club on November 15th. Find out more at www.eecentre.com.
