14th annual Literary Follies fundraiser set for this weekend

The 14th annual Literary Follies fundraiser for the library is planned for this weekend. The event happens from 12:00pm to 5:00pm on Saturday and Sunday at the Grenville Mutual building. This is the first time that the event will take place over two days instead of one. Organizer George Buys says it’s a local celebration of culture.

This year Giller prize-winning author Elizabeth Hay, former radio and tv personality Ken Rockburn and music legend Sneezy Waters will be headlining the event. It’s free to enter but tip jars will be placed throughout the event. You can find out more through here.
