Developers for new Oxford Village subdivision are closer to making it a reality. North Grenville Council is looking to recommend 53 conditions to the United Counties before the project moves forward. This is the next step in moving ahead with the project. If the conditions are approved, they would have to be met before the subdivision could be registered. The conditions focus on things like finances, road allowances and water and sewage treatment. The first phase of the development could include about 400 units. It would be located North of County Road 43, across from Sommerville Road.
