Construction of Kemptville Retirement Living is under way. Guests were invited to a groundbreaking and ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday across from Stinson’s on County Road 43. President Lucie Lapointe says construction should progress quickly.
Lapointe hopes residents will feel at home when Kemptville Retirement Living opens.
