North Grenville Committee of the Whole has recommended to Council that they execute the finalized subdivision agreement for the development of the Tempo Subdivision. It’s the next step in the process for the development of the subdivision north of County Road 43, across from the Kemptville Mall. At Monday’s meeting Senior Planner Phil Gerrard said Glenview Homes Kemptville had to fulfill certain conditions.
The execution of the subdivision agreement will allow the United Counties to create the individual lots.
