A 17-year-old male from Ottawa is facing charges after a traffic stop in North Grenville. On Monday, August 8th, OPP stopped a car on County Road 44 with an expired tag. The man was charged with being a novice driver and having a blood alcohol concentration over zero, having open liquor in the vehicle and driving without a valid tag.
