Local Kemptville man $100,000 richer

A local Kemptville man is $100,000 richer. Rob Turcotte won with six of the seven numbers in the July 22nd Encore draw. Turcotte says he was checking his ticket while on his lunch break at work and couldn’t believe it. He plans to pay off his mortgage and bills with the money. He also said he wanted to buy a pull-chain toilet for his home that was built in 1870. The ticket was bought at Drummond Fuels on Perth Street in Richmond.
