OPP inundated with reports about CRA scam calls and are asking people not to report it to police unless they’ve been scammed

OPP Provincial Communications Centres are being inundated with reports from people across the province, including North Grenville, saying they’ve been receiving calls about the ongoing Canada Revenue Agency scam. OPP Acting Sergeant Angela Atkinson says when they asked people to report about receiving fraudulent calls, they didn’t expect the scam would become this widespread.
