A parent of a North Grenville District High School student was assaulted at his home during a graduation party early Thursday morning. OPP were called to a property on County Road 18 in North Grenville. Investigation revealed that at 2am a fight occurred between two men who weren’t students of North Grenville District High School. The homeowner approached them to try to break up the fight. They turned on him and punched him in the face several times. He suffered minor injuries. A 21-year-old male was charged in the incident with assault. He’ll appear in North Grenville Court August 3rd.
