Bieber fever ran high late last week when fans of the pop star wanted a glimpse of him in Ottawa. He was spotted in the Byward Market having a drink at Chateau Lafayette. His visit made the rounds on social media after a member of his entourage, who was in charge of settling the bill, left without leaving a tip for staff. After his performance at the Canadian Tire Centre Friday, Bieber made up for the mistake. His tour manager stopped by the location to leave a $100 tip in US funds for the bartender. Later that night Bieber was at Tequila Jacks.
