Update – D. Fisher: The victim of the ATV/ tractor trailer collision has been identified as 42-year-old Bradley Tinkler of South Dundas. Police say alcohol and speed are being considered as factors. No charges are expected to be laid.

A 42 year old North Dundas man is dead after colliding on his ATV with a tractor-trailer unit on County Road 16 in North Dundas yesterday evening. Police were called at 5:40pm to the scene of the collision. The 42 year old man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name is being withheld pending notification of next-of-kin. The 37 year old tractor-trailer driver wasn’t injured.
