“Merrickville Bridge to Canada” joins network of refugee support

The group “Merrickville Bridge to Canada” is following the model of similar refugee support groups in Perth and North Grenville. Graeme Bonham-Carter explains there will be representation from those other groups at the launch meeting next week.

If you are interested in helping out in any way, contact the group or plan to attend the organizational meeting on Wednesday, March 23^rd , 7:00pm at the Merrickville Community Centre. Volunteers will be able to sign up to help with refugee housing and furnishing, transportation, socialization and more.
