An Ottawa man is dead and a Manotick man was taken to hospital after they crashed their snowmobiles into a ditch off the snowmobile trail between Brinston and Williamsburg Tuesday. Police were called to the scene at 1pm. 26 year old Justin Petersen died at the scene. The 36 year old Manotick man was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police are continuing to look into the crash.
