St. Mike’s Senior Boys basketball team defeated St. Mary with a convincing 51 to 32 AA LGSSAA semi-final win on Thursday morning. Then, Thursday evening, the Mustangs battled tooth and nail with the heavily favoured TISS Pirates in the LGSSAA Finals. Although the outcome was in doubt right until the final 30 seconds, unfortunately St. Mike’s eventually lost a close game 46-42. Special mention goes to graduating captain Roark Brookson who helped his teams get to three straight LGSSAA championships over the years.
