The Ottawa Police Service is looking for help from the public in locating a man who is wanted for assaulting a taxi driver. It happened in June of last year, near Elgin and Gloucester Streets. Investigators have exhausted all leads to find him.
Twenty-seven-year-old Farouk Timbilla is described as a black male, 6ft tall, 240 lbs with a muscular build, short black hair, unshaven with brown eyes.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Farouk Timbilla is asked to call Sgt.
