The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad is requesting help from the public in locating a Federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of parole. Mohamed Seud Mahamud is described as black, 24 years old, 5’10”, 161 lbs. He is a Federal offender serving time for five counts of robbery, disguise and failure to comply with probation. He is from Ottawa and is known to the Toronto, Sudbury, and Gatineau areas.
