On Friday, the St Mike’s Senior Boys basketball team played host to Smiths Falls in an exhibition game to tune up for the upcoming playoffs. With three Roark Brookson 3-pointers in the final minute of an exciting game, the Mustangs closed to within a basket but ran out of time to complete the thrilling comeback bid. Redhawks 43 to Mustangs 41. Emmett Graham led the scoring with 13 points, Brookson had 10, and Emerson Sears added 9. The Senior and Junior Mustangs host Athens on Tuesday to round out their regular season.
