Grenville County OPP are investigating some vandalism in Spencerville. Just after 10pm on Thursday, June 5th, a resident of Bennett Street in Spencerville called police to report a loud sound of glass breaking. They thought someone might be trying to break into a nearby business. Police went to C&C Automotive on Bennett St. along with the business owner. The building was not entered and nothing was taken. An old brake drum had been thrown through the window and was found inside the business. The incident remains under investigation.
Just before 7pm on Friday the 6th of June it was reported to police that someone had just thrown a brick through a front window of a residence e on James St. West in the Town of Prescott. Police are following up the incident.
