A month of local Jumpstart program fundraisers wrapped up with a BBQ at Canadian Tire Kemptville on Saturday, sponsored by Frank Hoffman. Over $3000.00 was raised at BBQ’s throughout the month. The program will also be receiving a donation from Marlborough Public School in North Gower, in their fourth year working to raise funds for Jumpstart. Together with volunteers from the Kemptville Youth Centre, Kemptville 73s, MPP Steve Clark, local businesses and individuals, the group was able to meet and surpass their fundraising goal.
