NDP candidate Margaret Andrade comments on local food movement

We asked all four federal candidates if they were aware of the local food movement, and what action should be taken to address it. NDP candidate Margaret Andrade says as a cancer survivor she is very aware of the importance of fresh, healthy food.

Margaret Andrade says she recognizes the local food movement and thinks we could turn it into an employment sector in our riding.

Margaret Andrade of the NDP is running against Mary Jean McFall of the Liberals, Lorraine Rekmans of the Green Party and the incumbent, Gord Brown of the PC party. Election day is Monday, October 19^th.
