Kemptville resident Albert Dyks is missing near Algonquin Park

Kemptville resident Albert Dyks has gone missing up at a hunt camp near Algonquin Park. The 71-year-old was last seen around 7 o’clock last night when he went out to get a pail of water for the dishes.
The hunt camp is located off Barron Canyon Road in Laurentian Hills. Dyks was wearing a grey sweater, blue jeans and running shoes at the time. Several members of the OPP including the Emergency Response Team, Canine Unit, Helicopter and Marine Unit are involved in the search.
