North Dundas prom-goers to face breathalyzer test if suspected of booze

Students at North Dundas District High School could be tested for alcohol consumption on prom night with breathalyzers to enforce the school board’s zero-tolerance policy. The Upper Canada District School Board says they will no longer be turning a blind eye on the issue. Board Chair Greg Pietersma says the breathalyzer enforcement plan was not the school board’s idea. It was the school’s decision after consulting with parents.
