Kemptville Public School is holding a Health, Wellness and Recreation Night this evening at the Kemptville Public School annex also known as the old North Grenville District High School from 6pm to 7:30pm. Organizer and Physical Education Teacher at the School, Robert Matheson, says it’s his way of instilling ideas of becoming more active.

Local sports organizations and organizations like CHEO and the Health Unit will be on hand.
