Environment Canada has released a special weather statement for heavy rain in the Ottawa area tonight and tomorrow. The City of Ottawa, Brockville, Leeds and Grenville, Prescott and Russell, Gatineau, Cornwall-Morrisburg, Smiths Falls, Lanark and Sharbot Lake are covered by the statement. Anywhere from 20 to 50 mm of rain is expected.
