Community Living partners with police and firefighters for food drive

If you want to see a firefighter or police officer take a pie to the face, you can donate some non-perishable food items to a local charity to help make it happen.

The Grenville County OPP detachment and the North Grenville Fire Service are running a food drive in partnership with Community Living, an organization that supports people with intellectual disabilities and their families in our community.

Donations are being collected at the Community Living office on County Road 43. For every fifty pounds of food donated, one firefighter or police officer will have a pie thrown in their face on camera in a few weeks.

All the food donations are going towards the Kemptville Salvation Army Food Bank. Donations are being accepted until the end of May.
