North Grenville Curling Club members win provincial U-18 curling championship

North Grenville residents will be competing in a national under-18 women’s curling championship later this year.

Kaitlyn Dumoulin and Emilie Padbury, both members of the North Grenville Curling Club, secured their spots in the nationwide competition at the CurlON Women’s U-18 Provincial Championships over the weekend.

Dumoulin and Padbury, alongside teammates Megan Zwilak and Sydney Anderson, are celebrating their victory on social media.

“We want to congratulate all of the teams who made it to provincials,” a post on the team’s Instagram page reads. “The competition was fierce right down to the last rock.”
