If you’ve got room for it in your cupboard, you have the chance to buy a special, hand-made bowl and support a local organization.

Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health, a Brockville-based organization that provides counseling and mental health services to people in our region, has announced a fundraising event called “Empty Bowls.”

For a $30 ticket, you’ll be given a hand-made bowl made by a local artisan. You’ll also get a restaurant voucher, and have a chance to enjoy some live music.

The event is scheduled for April 23rd at Loaves and Fishes, a Brockville restaurant. You can only purchase tickets online, and you’ll need to wear a mask to attend. The link to buy tickets is on the Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health Facebook page.
