LG Small Business and Trade Show opens to public

After a long hiatus, one of the trade shows in the region is back.

The LG Small Business and Trade Show will be happening from March 24th until the 26th and the Leo Boivin Community Centre in Prescott. Organizer Dave Annable says 65 vendors will be on hand that include a wide range of local businesses. These include charitable organizations, financial institutions, HVAC, designers and architects.

Annable says those attending will be able to get in touch with some businesses that they didn’t even know were in their own backyard. He says these shows are also key for businesses to build clientele. In all, he is urging people to get out and support local small businesses.

As far as COVID-19 protocols, Annable says the event was moved specifically so that people wouldn’t have to wear masks. However, people are encouraged to sanitize and he asks those with flu-like symptoms to stay home. In addition to safety buffers around each vendor, they will be lined up in an Ikea-style lineup for physical distancing while allowing all visitors to see every vendor at the trade show.
