Update: An additional 400 customers are out of power around Hallville. There are reports of damage in that area as well.
A massive power outage has hit a region north of Kemptville.
Hyrdo One is reporting over 1,300 customers have been affected in an area north of the Rideau River around North Gower.
Moose FM is investigating reports of a tornado touching down in the area, but as of yet have no confirmation. OPP has confirmed reports of damage around Oxford Mills.
