A number of thefts around Merrickville-Wolford are being investigated by OPP.
OPP responded last week to a break-in at the Lockmasters station on Andrewsville Road, Merrickville. Police say other buildings around Smiths Falls were targeted, belonging to Parks Canada. They say in each theft, small tools were taken including two gas-powered trimmers.
Police are asking residents in the area to be vigilant and call OPP if they see anything suspicious.
