The 2020 North Grenville Business Awards have been announced.
This is the third year for the awards from the municipality of North Grenville and North Grenville Chamber of Commerce. Mayor Nancy Peckford says they had to recognize the businesses virtually this year due to COVID-19.
“The innovation and versatility demonstrated by our local business community is what makes North Grenville a wonderful place to live, play and invest.”
Devin Eaton from Crossfit Kemptville won the Young Entrepreneur award.

The Innovative Business award went to Remedy’s RX-Kemptville Drug Mart.
The Male Entrepreneur of the Year is Will Pearl from Steven’s Creek Shutter Company.
The Female Entrepreneur of the Year is Karen Quigley from Saltastic.
Karen Bedard is the winner of the Community Appreciation award from Kemptville Live.
The Harry Pratt Ambassador award went to Daren Givoque.
Deputy Mayor Jim McManaman thanks the business community for all they do.
“The pandemic, while creating additional challenges for local businesses, has also highlighted the strength and support business leaders bring to North Grenville, even during difficult times.”
