No residents or staff test positive for COVID-19 at Dundas Manor

Last Friday all residents and staff at Dundas Manor were tested for the COVID-19 virus.

According to the manor, everyone tested was asymptomatic for COVID-19, which means they showed no symptoms of being affected by the virus. The manor notes, some people can still carry the virus without showing outward signs.

CEO Cholly Boland says the results are a confirmation of how effective everyone’s planning and efforts have been over the past two months. Boland thanks the Dundas Manor team.

“The results only reflect our testing status as of last Friday. We will continue our vigilance and if residents and staff display any symptoms of illness, they will be tested.”

Administrator Susan Poirier says the health and safety of the residents and staff are their number one priority and they will continue to take every precaution to keep them safe.
