A veteran principal with a background in special education and knowledge of the Upper Canada District School Board’s international education program has been named the board’s newest superintendent of education. Tim Mills, current executive director of the Upper Canada Leger Centre for Education and Training has been appointed to the role effective December 1. He will be responsible for international education, and the T.R. Leger School of Adult, Alternative and Continuing Education, as well as supervising the board’s Cornwall and Dundas families of schools.
