The Honorable Lyle Vanclief was in town on October 21st, looking for more information for his report on the future of Kemptville College. He says since the first meeting in July, he has received dozens of expressions of interest.
Vanclief says he doesn’t have a firm deadline for his report to Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Jeff Leal and he will do all that he can to help find a solution. The University of Guelph is pulling out of Kemptville at the end of this school year.
The provincially appointed facilitator says when he has completed his report he will not be making it public, but submitting it directly to the Minister.
