There’s a new restaurant in town. Mucho Burrito opened its doors on Monday.
Co-owner Jenish Shah says the community has been very welcoming and the business is seeing over 250 customers per day.
He noted the restaurant has provided employment for 11 local students. Shah explained he’s looking to hire about 15 people.
He says there’s already been line-ups out the door. Shah noted Mucho Burrito offers signature bowls and burritos that people can customize, according to taste and dietary restrictions.
