$10,000 Shopping Spree up for grabs in support of hospital

You have a chance to shop until you drop thanks to Kemptville Building Centre, Rona and Kemptville Interiors.

Rona Owner Eric Norenberg donated a $10,000 shopping spree to help raise funds for the Kemptville District Hospital Foundation. Kemptville District Hospital Foundation Manager of Community Engagement Mary Boucher says tickets for the winner of this raffle could do pretty much anything to a room, patio, outdoor room, etc.

Boucher says there are 3,000 tickets up for grabs, which could net the foundation a maximum of $60,000. All of the proceeds will be going to the Foundation, to buy equipment for the hospital. The Foundation is hoping to raise enough money for a new ultrasound machine which costs $275,000 and cautery machine for colonoscopy which is $112,000.

Tickets are $25 each or five for $100. There will be two early bird draws, one on September 30th and the other on November 15th. Tickets will be on sale until December 31st and the grand prize draw is set for January 6th, 2020.

Tickets can be bought through the Foundation’s website here or at Rona.
