Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry OPP have charged a man in connection with an ongoing fire investigation. On July 7, 2014 at approximately 3:15am, officers responded to a report of a fire at a “Chip Truck” on King Street in the Village of Chesterville, North Dundas Township. 20-year-old Jessie Quesnel of North Dundas Township was arrested on October 23rd and charged with Arson and Break and Enter. He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on December 2nd.
