A portion of 29 in Mississippi Mills, near the intersection of Mcwatty Road, is under water. A section of Highway 7 has also been affected by flooding, at Kirkham Road in Tay Valley Township.
OPP officers are moving traffic through single file on 7. The section of 29 is impassable. Drivers are being asked to avoid the area completely or use Blackeney Road.
There is no estimated time when the roads will reopen.
