Tickets are still available for the fire truck play structure being raffled off in support of local fire departments. The play structure was built by Lockwood Brothers Construction.

The money raised will go towards fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors for people who can’t afford them. Proceeds will be split between the North Grenville Fire Service, the Merrickville Fire Department and the Edwardsburgh-Cardinal Fire Department.

Corey Lockwood says the draw is set for December 14. He plans on calling the winner to find out if they have young kids. Lockwood hopes to park it outside the winner’s house Christmas morning.

The cost is $5 per ticket or three for $10. Tickets are available at the North Grenville Fire Hall, MotorTrendz, DR Howell Electric and at the Lockwood Brothers office on Totem Ranch Road.

Lockwood says the tickets are only about half sold with 5,000 more up for grabs.
