UPDATE: 15-YEAR-OLD STECCIA DEHLER HAS BEEN LOCATED SAFE. The Ottawa Police Service Missing Persons Unit is seeking help from the public to locate 15 year old Steccia DEHLER.
Steccia is described as a Caucasian female, 5’4″ 100lbs with long brown hair. She was last seen in the afternoon of October 2, in Ottawa. Anyone with information as to her whereabouts is asked to call police.
