Leeds-Grenville-Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes MPP Steve Clark is hosting a Christmas Open House. The event is set for December 2 at the Brockville Convention Centre. It runs from 1:00 to 3:00pm.
Clark says everyone is welcome to come take a break from the busy holiday season.
There will be food and refreshments. The event will also feature live music by the Sandy Wilson Duo and an appearance by Santa.
Clark is asking people to bring non-perishable food items or cash donations for the local food banks. Volunteers will be on hand to collect the items.
Clark says he’s fortunate to live in such a generous community. He says the open house is another chance to help local food banks during the holiday season.
