The Merrickville Firefighters Association has you covered for dinner on Halloween. The association will be serving up hot dogs at the Merrickville Community Centre. The event runs from 4:00 to 6:00pm. Â
Merrickville Fire Chief Mark Urquhart says it’s an opportunity for the association to help out local parents.
Treat bags will be handed out to the kids. About 100 kids take part in the event annually.
Urquhart says it’s casual, so come as you are or in costume to get some food before hitting the streets.
The community centre is located at 106 Read Street.
