It’s library week in North Grenville. Ontario Public Library Week launched yesterday and runs until Saturday. The North Grenville Public Library has a full range of programming for adults and kids.
Library Sue (Bergeron) says it’s more than just books. She says people can get fishing rods, museum passes, jigsaw puzzles and literacy kits.
Adult programs include the Science and Technology Group, Board Game Night and Youngsters of Yore. Kids programs include Sarah’s Circle every Monday morning and Reading Buddies every Thursday afternoon.
Bergeron says there is a special event happening Saturday. A Family Lego Build runs from 10:00 to 11:30am. She says the library has a huge collection of Lego for people to use. There will also be coffee and treats.
